What’s available to order on sortyourstuffonline.com?
Most of what we carry in store is also available online for the following categories: All-Purpose, Bath, Closet, Kitchen, Office, Laundry, What’s New and On Sale and select Shelving items.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently only accept offline payment. The following forms of payment are accepted: Cash or cheque (for deliveries); cash, cheque, debit or credit card (for in store pickups).
How and when will I receive my order?
Sort Your Stuff can fulfill click and collect orders in-store by next day. We deliver through a third party for a small fee within 3 business days. Please select the preferred option at checkout.
What about returns?
Our standard return policy applies. Items may be returned within 14 business days with product packaging intact for a store credit or exchange. Please note that additional delivery fees may apply if you wish for the item to be collected and the initial delivery fee is non-refundable.
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on our site however if an error is made and a product is listed at the incorrect price, we reserve the right to refund or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.
