Before & After: Toy Storage

Updated: Jan 12, 2021

We hear it a lot. 'There are a lot of toys, so we need a really big box.' Right? Not quite. While there may be a huge variety of toys, particularly oversized toys, think about how children play- usually with specific types of toys at a time.

This mom corralled the toys in the living room by first separating each type of toy into smaller plastic boxes.

These smaller bins are then placed in a large woven trunk that adds a bit of elegance to the family living space.

What we love most about this solution is that all of these pieces are very adaptable- they'll grow with your child or you can swap them out for use in another space.
